An Introduction to Yoga’s preventative view of Health and Hygiene
with Julie Rost
Mondays beginning September 10th
5:30-6:45 pm class; drop-ins welcome
This series of lecture topics and discussion will cover Yoga’s approach to wellness. Some of the topics included will be nutrition and diet; care of the respiratory, nervous and digestive systems; sexuality; and how to develop a healthy routine. Class will begin with a brief introduction and discussion of the topic, followed by a regular Yoga practice including stretching, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. All levels of experience are welcome.
