Lily Sibley has been practicing yoga for over twelve years, teaching in Exeter, Rye and Newburyport. Lily is a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and a Certified Reiki Master. The yoga she teaches is
Hatha Yoga - influenced by the Anusara style. Anusara Yoga is a unique method of Hatha Yoga that integrates the alignment of the body with the expression of the heart and the celebration of the spirit.
While introducing her students to the physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice, Lily encourages her students to be comfortable with their individual levels of ability. Her students are further encouraged to "take their yoga off the mat" -- to create harmony and a sense of well being in their lives. While building strength and flexibility in their bodies, Lily's students also learn to relieve stress and tension and to discover the stillness that we all crave. Her students find out how their bodies are supposed to feel. Lily's classes are about having fun, staying strong and healthy, and demystifying yoga concepts.

Bob's current teaching style blends a wide variety of postures taken from training in various yoga styles including Kripalu, Bikram, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Pilates as well as Integral Yoga. His classes consist of an uninterrupted flow of 40-50 relatively simple postures where tensions are releasing without strain and the optimal use of energy locks to make each posture as vigorous as desired.
