OceanSpirit Yoga is located in downtown Portsmouth, NH above the Portsmouth Health Food Store. For specific direction from your location, please click on to www.mapquest.com.Two-hour metered parking is available in the lots just behind and across the street from Portsmouth Health Food and at the nearby Portsmouth High-Hanover
Streets parking garage. Meter fees are not required before 9 am or after 7 pm from Monday thru Saturday and all day on Sunday. Nickels, dimes and quarters are permitted in all meters at the rate of $.75 per hour. Free parking is available at the City's Masonic Temple lot at the corner of Middle Street and Miller Avenue, a five minute walk from Ocean Spirit Yoga.
If it will be your first time visiting us, let us know and we can give you a tour/overview when you come. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
